SANDPOINT - Ian Rector won the 200-yard individual medley and 100 breaststroke for the Post Falls Trojans boys, which defeated the Sandpoint Bulldogs in a swimming dual on Wednesday at the Sandpoint West Athletic Club.

Suzanne deTar won the 200 individual medley and 100 breaststroke for the Trojan girls, who fell to the Bulldogs 79-42.

Post Falls competes at the Lake City Invitational on Saturday at the Kroc Center in Coeur d'Alene.
