As the officer turned his patrol car to make a stop on the vehicle, the vehicle sped off.

Vinson also had two warrants.

Brown was arrested and booked on suspicion first-degree criminal impersonation, second-degree theft, third-degree possession of stolen property, second-degree vehicle prowling, firearm theft and two GCDC warrants.
