County candidates debate issues

SANDPOINT — County candidates sparred over key issues like transportation, infrastructure, the economy and more at a forum held Wednesday.

The well-attended event saw county commissioner candidates Glen Bailey and Steve Johnson tackle matters of voter accountability and the protection of local livelihood. Meanwhile, county clerk of the court candidates Ann Dutson-Sater and Michael Rosedale talked about the responsibility of the office and how to effectively dispense those duties.
