EPHRATA - A Moses Lake man is free on a $50,000 bond after police say he pointed a handgun at three people and threatened to kill them following an argument.

Ryan Cecchetti, 32, was arrested Monday and charged with assault with a deadly weapon and harassment after he allegedly pointed a handgun at his girlfriend's sister and her friends in her driveway, according to the police report.

The incident began when Cecchetti's girlfriend got into an argument with her mom and sister on Friday night, according to the police report. After the mother told her to leave she called Cecchetti for a ride, according to the police report.

When he arrived his girlfriend got into his car and continued to argue with her sister. Three witnesses said Cecchetti rolled down his window, pointed a black hand gun at them and said he would shoot and kill them. All three witnesses said they feared Cecchetti would kill them, according to the police report.

Cecchetti was previously arrested in Grant County and charged with unlawful imprisonment twice, forgery, possession of a controlled substance, burglary twice and forgery, according to court documents.
