ANNIVERSARY

Ken and Dee Dee Koep

Ken and Dee Dee Koep celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Sept. 7, 2014, with a family gathering at Greenbrier Inn.

Both were born and raised in Coeur d'Alene and were married Sept. 5, 1964, at St. Thomas Church.

They have two sons, Bob (Bobbi) and Mike (Lisa); four grandchildren, Gerry, Mike, Lenna and Matt (Amanda); and one great-granddaughter, Ally.

Ken and Dee Dee are both retired and are looking forward to traveling and enjoying Low's Resort at Priest Lake in the summer.

ENGAGEMENT

Miller-Robbins

Thomas B. Miller and Shauna J. Miller of Hayden Lake are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Karli Miller, to Justin David Robbins, both of Provo, Utah, son of Greg and Susan Robbins of Lehi, Utah.

Karli graduated from Coeur d'Alene High School in 2008 and Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2013. She is employed at Americorp. Justin graduated from Lehi High School in 2009. He is attending Utah Valley University and majoring in communications. He is employed at Beesmark Investments.

The couple will be united in marriage Saturday, Nov. 8, 2014, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at the Provo Temple.

Carmon Nichole Sauer was born at 1:17 p.m. Oct. 8, 2014, to Tiffney Ziesmer and Andrew Sauer. She weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces and was 20 inches long. Brother is Brody Steven Sauer. Maternal grandparents are Rick and Corrine Ziesmer. Paternal grandparents are Tom and Nina Sauer.

Hope Oriah Jo Jones was born at 4:35 p.m. Oct. 8, 2014, to Shyan Buffan of Hayden. She weighed 5 pounds, 2 ounces and was 19 inches long. Sister is Kiera. Maternal grandparents are Jennifer Jo Jones and Michael William Jones.

MILITARY

Army Pvt. Brandon M.J. Kitchel has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C.

Kitchel is the son of Rachel M. Clark of Belgrade, Mont., and Dennis M. Kitchel of Post Falls, and grandson of Angela M. Borgen of Anaconda, Mont.

He is a 2014 graduate of Belgrade High School in Belgrade.
