NESSE: Much like Frank Henderson
Coeur d'Alene Press | UPDATED 10 years, 6 months AGO
I was delighted to see that former State Legislator Frank Henderson is being inducted into the Idaho Hall of Fame. Mr. Henderson has always exhibited care for his community as well as a willingness to work hard to find solutions to the problems that he saw in that community. Caring and hard work are the qualities that we need in our public servants.
Anne Nesse, who is running for the Idaho State Legislature in District No. 4, is someone who also exemplifies these qualities. Anne truly cares about Coeur d’Alene and the people who live here. She has chosen professions in her life where she could care for others, nursing and teaching, and she would bring that same compassion to our legislature. However, Anne is not just someone who cares; she is someone who rolls up her sleeves and works tirelessly to find solutions to the problems we face as citizens. Whether it is finding more jobs for our area or looking for ways to take care of our vulnerable populations, Anne is singularly focused on finding ways that people can work together so that everyone wins. Being a legislator would be a full-time calling for Anne, not a part-time job.
Anne is the type of person we all deserve to represent us in Boise. It is imperative that we select legislators like Frank Henderson who are dedicated to making the lives of Idahoans better. Vote for Anne Nesse on Nov. 4.
