A workshop on business modeling will be offered Dec. 3 from 8:30 a.m. to noon at North Idaho College's Workforce Training Center in Post Falls.

Bill Jhung, regional director of the Idaho Small Business Development Center at NIC, will teach the workshop, which aims to help business leaders and potential entrepreneurs learn to use a strategic tool called "Business Model Canvas."

This tool helps assess and refine business ideas into more viable concepts which are more capable of launching and achieving scale. It systematically and rigorously helps identify gaps and turn business ideas into clear hypotheses which can be tested and validated.

The event costs $59/person. Register online: http://bit.ly/1rXbLTi
