SAGLE — The Bottle Bay Recreation Water & Sewer District is seeking judicial confirmation of a plan to enter into a loan agreement with the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality to finance up to $3 million in system upgrades.

Counsel for the district filed the petition for confirmation in 1st District Court on Aug. 26.

If a judge signs off on the plan, the district would be permitted to use revenue bonds to fund the upgrades without having to put the matter to a vote.
