A good start in school would cost little to nothing

Dear Gov. C.L. “Butch” Otter:

When you visited the Sandpoint Rotary Club, you mentioned that Idaho now provides education from kindergarten to grave. When I suggested that the state expand the education program further to provide education from birth to grave, you responded that this would be much too expensive. Please reconsider. A good start would cost little or nothing.
