Korean Consulate General Moon Duk-ho shakes hands with Korean War Army veteran Mickey McHugo on Friday at the Montana Veterans Home in Columbia Falls. Moon Duk-ho gave 32 Korean War veterans and/or their surviving spouses medals and certificates to honor their service in that war.
