Woman asking for photos of Vietnam veterans from Grant County

Kihei, HAWAII - A woman from Hawaii is seeking photographs of seven men from Grant County who died in Vietnam.
Janna Hoehn, of Kihei, Hawaii, is partnering with the "Faces Never Forgotten" program, which seeks to place photos to the names of soldiers whose names are written on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall in Washington, D.C.
The program was launched by the Vietnam Memorial Fund. There are about 58,300 names etched on the Memorial Wall, according to Hoehn.
"We need to obtain a photo of every soldier whose names are etched on the wall, all 58,300 of them. To date we have over 35,000 photos," Hoehn said. "All of these photos will be submitted to the 'Wall of Faces' online memorial with the Vietnam Veteran Memorial Fund, as well as the future education center that will be adjacent to the Vietnam Wall in Washington, D.C."
Hoehn believes placing a photo with a name changes the dynamic of the wall and it ensures the stories and sacrifices of the soldiers will never be forgotten.
Fifteen men from Grant County lost their lives in Vietnam. To date, eight of their photographs have been submitted, while seven are still needed.
The names of the Grant County soldiers Hoehn needs photographs of include:
- Robert R. Bradley, 1948-1969, of Moses Lake.
- William E. Brand, 1944-1966, of Quincy.
- Reynaldo R. Cavazos, 1947-1966, of Quincy.
- Jason A. Holes, 1946-1968, of Moses Lake.
- Daryl G. Meidinger, 1946-1969, of Moses Lake.
- Kazuto Moriwaki, 1937-1968, of Moses Lake.
- Thomas P. Visker, 1947-1968, of Warden.
Any information on the men listed above is helpful, even if there is no photo to submit.
