DAVENPORT - The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office is asking the public to help find a man suspected of taking part in several thefts and burglaries in Grant and Lincoln counties.

Deputies are searching for Donnie Bodeau, a transient, who has recently lived in Wilbur, Grand Coulee and Hartline, according to Lincoln County Undersheriff Kelly Walkins.

Bodeau is a suspect in a string of thefts and burglaries across Lincoln and north eastern Grant County.

The sheriff's office has probable cause to arrest Bodeau, Lincoln County Sheriff Wade Magers said.

Over the weekend, deputies executed search warrants in Coulee Dam, Grand Coulee and Lincoln County.

Deputies arrested Mark Atchison, 41, of Grand Coulee, who knows Bodeau, Friday in Grand Coulee.

Atchison was cited for residential burglary and second-degree theft.

In addition, deputies were able to recover a firearm stolen from the Moses Lake area, Magers said.

Bodeau was last spotted in Grand Coulee over the weekend.
