Buffalo Wild Wings is coming to Kalispell.
Paperwork was filed with the Kalispell Planning and Building office on Thursday, detailing plans for the popular franchise restaurant to move into the now-empty Sizzler restaurant on Hutton Ranch Road in north Kalispell.
Brad Anderson, owner of Anderson Management Group in Billings, an accounting, marketing and management group for franchise Buffalo Wild Wings and Corner Bakery Cafes of Montana, submitted the information to the city of Kalispell.
It’s not known yet when Buffalo Wild Wings will open, but Kalispell planner P.J. Sorensen said he expects a quick turn-around.
“Usually, businesses like this want to get going by tourist season, by Memorial Day,” he said Friday. “The timing of this formal submittal is consistent with that timeline.”
Sizzler closed in October 2014, citing shipping costs and other financial challenges.
