Potkonjak, Emslie and Stodghill lead Vikes

The Bigfork boys golf team placed third in Ronan last Tuesday and sixth in Plains on Saturday.

At the Ronan Invitational Joseph Potkonjak shot 79 for second place. Potkonjak was three strokes off of the winner. Colton Stodghill finished in a three way tie for ninth place.

For the girls in Ronan Kalli Meagher finished seventh, with 110.

In Plains, freshman Augie Emslie shot 86 for ninth place. He was the only golfer for the boys to place in the top ten at the meet.

For the Vals, Melissa Paulsen placed tenth with a 119.

The Vikes and Vals travelled to Eureka on Tuesday, and will play in Thompson Falls on Saturday.
