The Columbia Falls softball team went 4-0 at the Frenchtown tourney last week. On April 24, the Wildkats thumped Corvallis 14-2 and Class B Florence 12-0. The next day, the Kats dropped Hamilton 4-1 and Butte Central 5-3.

Peyton Kehr had a good weekend at the plate. She had three RBIs against Florence and two against the Lady Broncs.

The Kats scored all their runs against Hamilton in the top of the fourth. Katie Price had an RBI on a single and went 3 for 4 from the plate.

Carlee Brown also had a good game as the lead-off batter, going 2 for 2.

No box scores were available for the Butte Central or Corvallis games.

Ashley Trueblood pitched in all four wins.

The Kats played Flathead on road Tuesday after presstime and will face Glacier in Kalispell on Friday. Game time for varsity is 3 p.m. This is makeup of a rainout game from earlier this season. The Kats then host Whitefish at home on Saturday.

The Wildkats are now 10-2 (3-1) on the season.
