Inland Northwest Community Foundation (INWCF) is pleased to announce three new directors to its board:
n Carla Altepeter, President and CEO, Numerica Credit Union
n Robert A. Blume, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Washington Trust Bank Wealth Management & Advisory Services
n K. Collins Sprague, Director of Government Relations, Avista Corp.
The following board members have been elected as officers:
Chairman: Robert P. Bishopp, Wealth Management Advisor, Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Company, LLC. A member of the INWCF board since 2013, he has served on the grants and governance committees, and was the previous vice chairman.
Vice Chairman: Dale N. Schuman of Coeur d'Alene, Senior Vice President, Columbia Bank Trust & Investment Services. A member of the INWCF board since 2011, he has served on the grants and governance committees, and was the previous board chairman.
Secretary: Shelley L. Bennett, Broker/Owner, Palouse Commercial Real Estate. A member of the INWCF board since 2011, she has served on the Foundation's North Idaho Partnership Council, gift planning and governance committees, and a previous term as secretary.
Founded in 1974, INWCF serves 10 Eastern Washington counties and 10 North Idaho counties to foster vibrant and sustainable communities in the Inland Northwest. The community foundation currently manages 441 funds valued at more than $93 million and awards more than $4 million in grants and scholarships annually, positively impacting thousands of lives in this region.
