Request for Proposals Kootenai County is seeking requests for proposals for a sole source towing services provider with some exceptions. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications for equipment, insurance, storage facilities and response times. Applicants will also be assessed on additional available equipment as well as towing and storage rates for county vehicles.
