Cops, kids and rodders welcome

POST FALLS - The fifth annual Post Falls Police Cops-n-Kids and Rodders-n-More Open House will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday at 1717 E. Polston Ave.

The free event includes a robot demonstration at 10:20 a.m., a K-9 demonstration at 10:45 a.m., a tribute to first responders at 11:50 a.m. and an emergency vehicle parade at noon.

The afternoon agenda includes a K-9 demonstration and retirement presentation for police service dog Koda at 12:45 a.m. and the car show awards presentation at 1:15 p.m.

There will also be music, tours of the police station, fingerprinting, a bounce house, climbing wall, car show, information on PFPD's programs and opportunities to meet the staff.

Adults and kids can vote on their favorite entries in the car show.

Nonperishable food donations to support the Post Falls Food Bank will be accepted.
