Hits from decades past in Bigfork

Saturday marked the end of the reparatory season for the Bigfork Summer Playhouse, but they’re not done yet.

The Hits of the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s will open on Thursday featuring David Brumfield, Ali Valentine, Chirs Furrer, Brittany Ambler and Kayla Boye.

The Hits is choreographed by Boye and music directed by Brach Thomson. The high-energy show features some of the best songs to come out of the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s, including hits like the Twist, Shake Rattle and Roll, Dancing Queen and Play that Funky Music.

The show will play Aug. 27-29, and Sept. 3-5. Shows start at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $26 for adults, $22 for senior and $17 for children under 10.

Tickets available at www.bigforksummerplayhouse.com or in the box office daily from noon to 5 p.m. Monday-Wednesday and noon through the performance Thursday-Saturday. For more information or to purchase tickets call 837-4886.
