Deven Darsow joined a rather elite club at the Glacier Lanes bowling alley recently. Darsow bowled a 300 on Nov. 10.

He said he wasn’t nervous until the last shot.

“Oh crap, someone had to say something,” he said. “Right before I took my first step. But it was rock solid. Everything normal.”

The 33-year-old has been bowling at Glacier Lanes in Columbia Falls since he was a freshman in high school. This is his first 300. He averages 195, bowls Tuesday and Wednesday nights and every other Sunday.

Owner Steve Ferkovich said this is about the 10th person to bowl a perfect game in the 20-plus years he’s owned the alley.
