(NewsUSA) - NewsusaInfographic - A huge majority of drivers may agree with laws restricting cell phone use while behind the wheel -- 88 percent, to be precise -- but that doesn't mean they're practicing what they preach. Yes, talking on handheld phones is down 14 percent from 2009, according to a new survey by State Farm. But both accessing the Internet and reading social media while driving have more than doubled.
