The massively hyped “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” opens this week in Kalispell and Whitefish theaters.

Six other “Star Wars” screenings on Thursday are sold out at the Kalispell theater.

On Friday there are still 16 available screenings between the 3-D and regular theaters at Signature Stadium 14.
