Teams were spread out this past week, wrestling all over Western Montana. Arlee and Mission/Charlo competed at Mission and at Superior. Ronan and Polson both competed in Butte on Saturday, and the Polson JV competed in Hamilton on Saturday as well.

Arlee

On Thursday, Arlee traveled to St. Ignatius. At that meet Skyler Titsworth went 1-1, Alex Bertollt went 1-1, George Shick went 1-1, TJ Knoll was 1-1, and Ashley Potts was 0-2.

On Saturday, Arlee went to Superior. As a team, they took 10th behind Mission/Charlo with 60.5 points. Skyler Titsworth took third place by pinning his opponent in the 126 class. At 160, George Shick took fourth, losing to Israel Umphrey in the third place match. Alex Bertollt won the championship at 180.

Mission/Charlo

On Thursday, The Mission/Charlo team hosted a quad. Bailey Weible went 3-0, Israel Umphrey was 2-1, Chris Anderson was 1-1, Ethan Goss-Dickie was 1-1, and Cole Billiard was 1-1.

On Saturday, the Mission/Charlo wrestling team did well at the Bob Kinney meet in Superior. Bailey Wieble pinned Superior’s Jack Mitchell in 3:07 to claim the 120 pound title. Wieble had taken fourth last weekend in Polson. Israel Umphrey pinned George Shick of Arlee in 1:21 to claim third at 160. Chris Anderson pinned Even Hall of Superior in 2:07 to place 3rd at 205. Ethan Goss-Dickie placed 2nd in the 285 pound class. Goss-Dickie placed in his second meet of the season. Last week he took first in Polson. As a team, Mission/Charlo took ninth place with 72 points.

Ronan traveled to Butte this past weekend. In one dual, the faced Conrad. They won that dual 54 to 18. A few of the winner included Zane Walchuck at 103, Gavin Martin at 113, Seth Cheff at 126, and Jared Neiss at 145. No other results were made available.
