SANDPOINT — Arrest warrants have been issued for the operator of an unpermitted off-road vehicle park in southern Bonner County.

Kathleen Christine Bryngelson, 31, failed to appear at a pretrial conference on misdemeanor public nuisance and disturbing the peace charges in magistrate court on Dec. 18. Judge Justin Julian issued $1,000 bench warrants, court records show.

The public nuisance charge was the culmination of 13 noise disturbance calls at the Twisted Mud ’N Crawl between June 20 and Aug. 30, according to court records. She was also charged with disturbing the peace in September, but a judge ruled there was insufficient probable cause to support the charge, court records show.
