The Libby Senior Center serves dinner at 5 p.m. every Tuesday and Friday and lunch from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Wednesdays. Here’s what’s on the menu for February.

• Friday, Feb. 6: Lasagna with garlic bread, vegetables, salad bar and dessert.

• Tuesday, Feb. 10: Ham, scalloped potatoes, vegetables, cornbread, salad bar with cake and ice cream for dessert.

• Wednesday, Feb. 11: Tuna salad sandwich, tomato soup, salad and cookies.

• Friday, Feb. 13: Beef tips with noodles, mashed potatoes, vegetables, dinner rolls, salad bar and dessert.

• Tuesday, Feb. 17: Spare ribs, rice, vegetables, dinner rolls, salad bar and dessert.

• Wednesday, Feb. 18: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, potato soup, salad and cookies.

• Friday, Feb. 20: Country-fried steak, mashed potatoes, vegetables, dinner rolls, salad bar and dessert.

• Tuesday, Feb. 24: Beef Stroganoff with noodles, vegetables, dinner rolls, salad bar and dessert.

• Wednesday, Feb. 25: Biscuits and gravy, pancakes, sausage links, scrambled eggs, salad and muffins.

• Friday, Feb. 27: Pizza, chicken wings, potato wedges, salad bar and dessert.
