<p>Mike Cirian is recognized as Citizen of the Month by the Rotary Club of Kootenai Valley at its meeting on February 9. He is an active member of the Knights of Columbus and helps out with fund raising as well as their many community projects. He volunteers for Libby Scatterguns, where he runs the winter trap shoot league as well as serving as a coach for the youth trap league.
