Former clerk again seeks case's dismissal

SANDPOINT — Counsel for a former Bonner County clerk charged with suborning perjury in a failed recall election is moving for reconsideration of a motion to dismiss her case.

Ann Dutson-Sater was charged with the felony last year for allowing a recall backer to declare in writing that he had witnessed all of the recall signatures being gathered when he hadn’t.
