ROYAL CITY - The Red Rock Elementary kindergarten classes held their 100th day of school celebration last Friday, Feb. 6. It is an annual tradition.

The teachers and students dressed up as 100-year-olds and participated in a variety of activities in their classrooms involving the number 100.

Parents volunteered to run centers, and students did such things as make necklaces out of 100 pieces of cereal, make a tower stacking 100 plastic cups and bringing personal collections that held 100 items to school.

"The pictures are of students who really dressed the part," counselor Nicole Dunn said. "There were plenty of great costumes in all classes, including but not pictured, Mrs. Manning's, Mrs. Reffett's and Ms. Leone's students."
