The Libby Senior Center has announced their lunch and dinner menus for January. Dinners are served at 5 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays, with lunch served from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Wednesdays.
The first dinner of the new year will be served on Friday, Jan. 2. The menu features beef stew, cornbread, salad bar and dessert.
The rest of the month’s meals are:
Tuesday, Jan. 6
Ham, scalloped potatoes, vegetables, cornbread, salad bar and dessert.
Wednesday, Jan. 7
Hot dogs, chili, salad and cookies.
Friday, Jan. 9
Spaghetti, garlic bread, vegetables, salad bar and dessert.
Tuesday, Jan. 13
Beef tips with noodles, mashed potatoes, vegetables, dinner rolls, salad bar and dessert.
Wednesday, Jan. 14
Hamburger, cream of asparagus soup, salad and cookies.
Friday, Jan. 16
Oven-fried chicken, mashed potatoes, vegetables, biscuits, salad bar and dessert.
Tuesday, Jan. 20
Pork chops, rice, vegetable, dinner rolls, salad bar and dessert.
Wednesday, Jan. 21
Baked potato bar, cheesy broccoli soup, salad and cookies.
Friday, Jan. 23
Meatloaf, roasted potato wedges, vegetables, dinner rolls, salad bar and dessert.
Tuesday, Jan. 27
Pork roast, mashed potatoes, vegetables, dinner rolls, salad bar and dessert.
Wednesday, Jan. 28
Biscuits and gravy, potatoes, bacon, scrambled eggs, salad and muffins.
Friday, Jan. 30
Fish, macaroni & cheese, vegetables, cornbread, salad bar and dessert.
