Alberton competes on the road

LINCOLN – The Alberton Panthers traveled to Lincoln over the weekend to face off against the Lynx in their first game of 2015.

Lincoln defeated Alberton in the District 13-C matchup 58-36.

Justin Munsch who scored 12 points led the Panthers on offense.

Isaac Warren and Nick Turnbull also got into double digits for Alberton, with both players ending the game with 11 points apiece.

Alberton stayed with Lincoln through the first half, but Lincoln used 25 second half points to put the contest out of reach.

Up next for Alberton will be a road matchup against Victor on Thursday, Jan. 8.
