SANDPOINT — A Washington state man took responsibility Wednesday to accidentally killing another motorist on U.S. Highway 2 last year.
“Guilty,” Christopher Dale Jewsbury said when Judge Debra Heise asked him how he would be pleading to a misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter charge.
A sentencing hearing date is pending, but is expected to be set in March. He remains free on his own recognizance while the case is pending.
