Glacier Park International Airport had a record number of passengers last year, with 452,588 people traveling through the airport.
The total passenger count was up 13.74 percent over 2013, Airport Director Cindi Martin said.
The number of passengers getting off planes was 227,561 last year, compared to 200,520 in 2013. The number of arriving passengers was 225,027, compared to 197,403 the previous year.
New monthly passenger records were set in 10 of the 12 calendar months during 2014, Martin said.
July and August were the busiest, with enplaned passenger counts of 35,000 each month.
“It is very encouraging to see passenger number growth year over year and to see economic recovery continue to manifest itself in travel,” Martin said in a press release.
