MOSES LAKE - An Othello man was injured on Jan. 2 in a single car accident about 1.5 miles south of here.

The mid-morning crash occurred at the junction of Road M SE and Highway 17. Neither drugs nor alcohol was a factor, the Washington State Patrol reported.

Injured was Ronald C. Golladay, 68, of Othello. He was using his seat belt, the WSP said. He was taken by ambulance to Othello Community Hospital.

Golladay was driving a 2009 Dodge Ram pickup. It sustained reportable damage and was removed by Beeline Towing.

According to the WSP, Golladay was northbound on M SE and lost control of his pickup just south of 17. It left the roadway to the right and struck the stop sign at 17. He was cited by the WSP for "driving with wheels off road."
