The Best Western Plus Coeur d'Alene Inn has received the Best Western Director's Award for outstanding quality standards.

The Director's Award recognizes Best Western hotels for scoring in the top 20 percent of more than 2,100 North American properties in cleanliness and maintenance. Hotels must also meet Best Western's requirements for design and high customer service scores to qualify for the distinction.

"Receiving the Director's Award for the Coeur d'Alene Inn is very exciting," said Jason Jaeger, general manager of the property. "Our housekeeping and maintenance departments, along with our entire team, work very hard to take care of our beautiful new hotel and provide a great experience for our guests. It's great to see our team receive this recognition."

The Best Western Plus Coeur d'Alene Inn, 506 W. Appleway Ave., features 122 newly renovated guest rooms with LCD TVs, microwave and refrigerator. Mulligan's Bar and Grille, a full-service restaurant, also offers room service. Newly expanded, the Inn offers more than 13,000 square feet of meeting and conference space and the fitness center offers state of the art equipment with an indoor/outdoor swimming pool.

The Best Western Plus Coeur d'Alene Inn participates in the brand's worldwide, toll-free reservation system, as well as centralized advertising, marketing, purchasing, quality assurance standards, training and interior design services. Each Best Western hotel is independently owned and operated.
