Russell E. Howell, Jr., 75, of Casper, Wyo. passed away Dec. 30, 2014, in Casper.

Russell was born Feb. 12, 1939, in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, to Russell Edward Howell, Sr. and Clara Gladys Satchwell. On July 6, 1960, Russell married the love of his life, Charlene, and together they raised three daughters.

Mr. Howell was a well-known Casper barber, a member of the Casper Antiques and Collectors Club, as well as a lifetime member of the Eagles Club. He also enjoyed jade collecting and steel guitar playing.

There has never been a more loving husband, father, grandfather and brother.

He was preceded in death by his mother and his father. Russell is survived by his wife, Charlene; daughters Christina Diana Howell-Moens of Casper, Wyo., Janine Kay Aguilar of Denver, Colo., and Cathy Lynn Izatt of Post Falls, Idaho. In addition to his wife and daughters, Russell will be deeply missed by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; as well as two brothers, Robin E. Howell and Larry P. Howell, Sr., (Diana) of Post Falls, Idaho, and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life for Mr. Russell Edward Howell, Jr., will be held at a later date. The family would appreciate memorials to the Central Wyoming Hospice.
