POST FALLS - Seth McLeod (182 pounds), Elijah Bennett (220), Justin Farnsworth (285), Braydon Huber (113), Drake Foster (126), Alius De La Rosa (138) all won via pin for the Post Falls Trojans in a 51-32 dual win against the Lewiston Bengals on Wednesday at The Arena.

"We lost some matches to their tough kids," Post Falls coach Pete Reardon said. "Overall, we wrestled really well. We were really in shape. When the matches got to the third round, we showed we were training hard. I'm so proud of our guys for competing their tails off."

Post Falls' Casey Benton at 120 won by sudden victory, 6-4, over Hunter Fliger and was among the key matches.

"It was a close match and he won it in overtime to take the match," Reardon said. "It showed a lot of heart to fight through it.

Jason Burchell lost 6-4 at 132 to Lewiston's Marshall Bowen.

"Their kid's the No. 2-ranked senior in the state," Reardon said. "He lost with five seconds left. I'm proud of how he's closing the gap on guys."

Post Falls is at the North Idaho Rumble at Coeur d'Alene on Friday.
