Prugh wins fourth Rosauers; Bayley top local finisher

SPOKANE - Corey Prugh of Manito Country Club in Spokane rolled in an 8-foot birdie putt on the 18th hole for a one-stroke victory Sunday in the 28th Rosauers Open Invitational at Indian Canyon Golf Course.
Prugh's putt came after Derek Barron of the Tacoma Golf Center made a 30-footer for eagle on the final hole to tie Prugh.
Prugh, who shot 67-64-64-195, 18 under par, won his record fourth Rosauers title and earned $11,000. Barron shot 67-62-67-196.
Derek Bayley, the former Lakeland High standout who will be a sophomore at Washington State this fall, was the top local finisher, tying for eighth. Bayley shot 65-72-65-202, 11 under par.
Amateur Reid Hatley of the Hayden Lake Country Club tied for 11th, shooting 66-66-71-203.
Three locals - amateur Kyler Gable (Avondale), 72-64-70-206, Brent Walsh (Coeur d'Alene Golf Club), 71-67-68-206 and Billy Bomar (Prairie Falls), 69-65-72-206 - tied for 21st;
