Police search for napper suspected of library break-in

The Whitefish Police Department is investigating a break-in at the Whitefish Library that occurred during the early morning hours of July 18.

A white male approximately 25- 30 years old used a rock to break the southeast door of the library. The suspect remained in the library for approximately four hours, sleeping, and then departed the library using the northwest door at 8:43 a.m.

Anyone having information as to the identity of the suspect should call the Whitefish Police Department at 406 863-2420.
