SANDPOINT — The gardens become the gallery this weekend at the Ponderay Garden Center, as 38 artists representing more than a half dozen mediums take part in the Garden of Artistry invitational fine art show.

According to show director Gabe Gabel, the flowers, trees, ponds and waterfalls complement the works that will line the paths and offer a surprise around every turn.

“It’s a lovely chance to find art among the beautiful plants,” said the sculptor. “This is our fourth year showing art here in this spot and they just go together.”
