Rotary seeks host family for exchange student

The Coeur d'Alene Sunrise Rotary Club is sponsoring two Rotary Youth Exchange Students for the 2015-2016 academic school year.

The Rotary Club is seeking one more host family for a student who will be attending Coeur d'Alene High School this fall.

The exchange students are housed with three host families during the school year, spending a total of 14 -16 weeks with each family.

The Rotary Club is looking for one more family to host a 17-year-old girl from Mexico from the beginning of December through February.

Host families do not need to be affiliated with Rotary. It's also not necessary for host families to have a high school student in order to participate in the exchange program ?- host families may have children of any age or be empty-nesters. Individuals that are interested in learning more about being a host family for December-February or learn more about the Rotary Exchange Program should contact Ada Loper at (208) 659-3449 or send an email to aloper@acinw.com. The host family qualification process includes paperwork, interviews, background checks, and a home visit.
