Lincoln County riders win in MotoX races

Two Lincoln County riders earned their places atop the leaderboard in what came to be a Canadian invasion at Saturday’s Millpond MotoX competition. Despite earlier rain, the track was free of puddles and standing water, and the dirt was nice and tacky for the afternoon’s races.

The event included riders from all around the area, both men and women, as well as boys and girls of all ages.

Cy Winslow of Troy rode his Honda to victory in the supermini event and Eureka’s Chet McCully took the checkered flag in the 250 beginner class.

50cc 0-6 year-old:  Urijah Davis, Seeley Lake.

50cc 7-8 year-old:  Jaxon Chisholm, Cranbrook, B.C.

50cc open:  Colten Johnson, Cranbrook, B.C.

65cc:  Ross Zebro, Kalispell.

85cc:  Trevin Kiss, Cosick, Wash.

Supermini:  Cy Winslow, Troy.

Women:  Kyn Chisholm, Cranbrook, B.C.

Veterans:  Mike Johnson, Cranbrook, B.C.

250 beginner:  Chet McCully, Eureka.

250 junior:  Brayden Jellis, Creston, B.C.

250 pro-am:  Jeremiah Solt, Bonners Ferry, Idaho.

450 pro-am:  Jeremiah Solt, Bonners Ferry.

450 beginner:  Brayden Jellis, Creston, B.C.

450 junior: Robby Franz, Sandpoint, Idaho.
