Trueblood named to all state team for softball

Columbia Falls senior softball pitcher Ashley Trueblood has garnered all-state and all-conference honors this season.

Carlee Brown was named second-team all conference as an outfielder, Peyton Kehr was named first team all conference as an outfielder, and shortstop Lottie Ellis was named second team all conference for the infield.

Whitefish Mountain Resort’s post-season uphill policy expired last week, but with significant snowfall and changing weather conditions, the resort reminds skier and hikers that avalanche hazards in the ski area’s permitted boundaries do exist.
