Pluff, Joseph E., 41, Worley, vehicular manslaughter, habitual offender, $40,000.

Yaryan, Donald R., 29, Athol, burglary, $20,000.

MISDEMEANORS

Arthur, Jesse L., 23, Post Falls, failure to appear for battery, $7,500.

Barker, James K., 33, Coeur d'Alene, probation violation for domestic battery, $20,000.

Carpenter, Luke A., 19, Spirit Lake, failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, $2,000.

Cyr, Tre M., 22, Coeur d'Alene, failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia, no bond --- six days jail.

Hagen, Cameron L., 42, Coeur d'Alene, failure to appear for resisting/obstructing law enforcement, possession of paraphernalia, $5,000.

Harrington, Daniel L., 42, Spirit Lake, contempt --- failure to pay child support, $3,500.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines.
