CLIMATE: Hot under the collar

In response to Daniel Gressler’s column, he needs to get his facts straight. He said 97 percent of scientists agree human climate change exists. Let’s follow the money.

The vast majority of these scientists get funding from government grants and such. We have an administration that is all in on climate change. Do you think they will bite the hand that feeds them?

Let a scientist put out a report that refutes climate change and watch his government money get cut off by this administration. If you think scientists just do pure science and are not influenced by where the funding comes from then you are totally naive.

John Coleman, who was the driving force for creating The Weather Channel, does not believe in man-made climate change, nor does Joe Bastardi who has done a much better job over the years predicting weather events based on long-term weather cycles than those 97 percent.

Go back and watch Al Gore’s movie from 2006 and see how wrong his predictions turned out. The arctic would be ice free in summer and ships would have a shorter route over the Arctic (wrong). New York and Boston would be snow free in winter in 10 years (I guess people in Boston can throw away the shovels they used all winter for the upcoming winter of 2015-2016). The list goes on. In fact those predictions were so wrong that they had to change the name from global warming to climate change.

You, Daniel, would have more EPA regulations and restrictions that would further destroy our dollar and economy than what this administration has already done across the board. All this while China and India pour all the carbon they want into the air. Your embrace of all this climate change crap will end up giving us an economy that will have a standard of living like some Banana Republic. If that happens, climate change will be the least of your worries!
