The Village at Orchard Ridge welcomes new board members
Shelly Romine, Mark Fisher and Ben Widmyer were recently elected to the board of directors of The Village at Orchard Ridge, formerly CDA Homes and Heritage Place. The nonprofit's board represents the 22 churches that sponsor the organization.
Romine is a North Idaho native and is currently the chief credit officer at bankcda. She is an active volunteer in the Rotary Club in Post Falls and United Way of Kootenai County.
"I have been involved in quite a few nonprofit organizations," explains Romine, "and I'm looking forward to joining the Orchard Ridge Board. I'm honored to serve such a vital and trusted organization."
Mark Fisher is the owner of Advanced Benefits, an Employee Benefits firm located in Coeur d'Alene since 1993. He serves on the board of Lake City Community Church, North Idaho Christian School and the North Idaho College Foundation. Fisher enjoys business, books, travel, and a variety of other hobbies.
Ben Widmyer is a sales associate at Coldwell Banker Commercial and specializes in investment properties and leasing of office and retail properties. He has extensive experience in multifamily and residential income-producing properties as well as successfully completing numerous transactions in the downtown Coeur d'Alene area. Widmyer also owns and operates BW Real Estate LLC, a professional property management company.

Since 1921, The Village at Orchard Ridge has served North Idaho by providing a faith-based home for older adults. Offering assisted living and memory care in addition to affordable HUD-subsidized apartments for independent seniors, the campus is the only Christian nonprofit of its kind in Kootenai County.

The law firm of Ramsden & Lyons announced the addition of attorney Krista M. Winkleblack. Winkleblack's experience in business law, real estate law, and civil litigation will allow her to make a valuable contribution to the practice areas offered by the firm. Mason joins team at Keller Williams Cd'A
Jeffrey Mason recently joined the team of sales professionals at Keller Williams Realty Coeur d'Alene. Jeffrey has been in real estate since 2006. He started his career in the Phoenix, Ariz., metropolitan area and has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer since 2007. Jeffrey and his family moved back to Idaho in 2014 where he continued his career in real estate.
