Poelstra joins Keller Williams Realty Coeur d'Alene

Tamara Lee Poelstra recently joined the team of sales professionals at Keller Williams Realty Coeur d'Alene.

Poelstra comes to Keller Williams with a diverse background in management, interior design, merchandising, event planning, marketing, insurance and financial services.

Poelstra graduated from Sandpoint High School and attended Trans Design for a technical degree in interior design. She then returned to college and received an associate's degree in science from North Idaho College and a Bachelor of Arts from Gonzaga University. Poelstra also currently holds her insurance and Series 6 and 63 certifications.

In the community, Poelstra volunteers with dozens of organizations with individual events and yearlong campaigns. She also supports the Cd'A Chamber as a volunteer committee member.

Poelstra is a toastmaster and a humorous speaker with an interesting background. Her specialty is modern marketing tools.

Poelstra has been married to her high school sweetheart for 29 years. They have two daughters, two dogs, one cat and two bunnies. Mountain West Bank promotes Gonsalves

Mountain West Bank - a Division of Glacier Bank that serves communities throughout Idaho, Eastern Washington and Northern Utah - has promoted Alison Gonsalves to the position of senior vice president of commercial lending in its Coeur d'Alene branch office.

In her role as senior vice president/commercial lending, she oversees the Coeur d'Alene commercial loan division, including underwriting loans for loan officers, marketing, budgeting and approving production loans.

Gonsalves joined Mountain West Bank in 1993 as a personal financial representative for new accounts. In 1996 she opened and managed the Hayden branch and then moved into the bank's commercial lending department, where she was appointed manager in 2011.

"Alison has been an integral part of Mountain West banking services for more than 20 years and has provided our customers with excellent expertise in many areas," said Mountain West Bank CEO Russ Porter. Attorney Ealy certified as civil mediator

The law firm of Ramsden & Lyons announced that partner Mike Ealy has obtained his certification as a civil mediator. Ealy is a graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law and has been practicing law in Coeur d'Alene since 1997. He is also licensed to practice law in Washington, and has a broad range of civil litigation and arbitration experience, including construction and construction defect, real estate and boundary dispute, and business contract matters.
