SANDPOINT — Former Bonner County Clerk Ann Dutson-Sater has obtained new legal counsel, according to court documents.

As a result, proceedings in her subornation of perjury case are being pushed back so her new defense attorney, Bryce Powell, has time to review discovery materials in the case.

A pretrial hearing is set for May 14 in 1st District Court. Her three-day jury trial is scheduled to start on May 26.
