NWESI announces new commissioning director

Northwest Engineering Service Inc. announced the addition of Troy Kunas as commissioning director. He will join the executive team.

NWESI serves clients throughout the Pacific Northwest from their corporate headquarters in Tigard, Ore., and subsidiaries near Eugene, Ore., and in Coeur d'Alene.

Kunas brings more than 34 years of field and management experience representing a diverse range of project types for both public and private sectors.

Kunas earned his B.S., Project Management, from George Fox University, Newberg, Ore., and went on to complete numerous continuing education courses related to building construction, energy, commissioning and maintenance. He is a certified ASHRAE Commissioning Process Management Professional and a member of the American Society of Naval Engineers, and the Society of Port Engineers.
