HOMELESS: Let's outlaw panhandling

My husband also had a bad experience with a homeless person. My husband just had a few dollars on him when someone came up to him asking for money. He was hungry. My husband gave him his last few dollars.

He watched the man go straight to a bar. My husband walked into the bar and saw that man drinking. He told the man that because of him he was never going to give again.

We are one of the families that work so Uncle Sam can take our paychecks for taxes and all kinds of fees they decide they want. We live paycheck to paycheck. We don’t have extra money to just blow. My husband felt sorry for the guy and gave him what he had. I can’t fault my husband, I fault the so-called homeless guy for his false pretenses.

I think panhandling anywhere should be illegal no matter what or where.
