April brings a wealth of dining options at the Libby Senior Center. Dinner is served Tuesday and Friday at 5 p.m. Lunch is served Wednesday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
• April 1, lunch: Bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich, tomato soup, salad and cookies.
• April 3, dinner: Ham, scalloped potatoes, vegetable, dinner rolls, salad bar and dessert.
• April 7, dinner: Swiss steak, roasted potatoes, vegetable, dinner rolls, salad bar and dessert.
• April 8, lunch: Baked potato bar, cheesy broccoli soup, salad and cookies.
• April 10, dinner: Pork chops, mashed potatoes, vegetable, dinner rolls, salad bar and dessert.
• April 14, dinner: Oven-fried chicken, mashed potatoes, vegetable, dinner rolls, salad bar and cake and ice cream for dessert.
• April 15, lunch: Hamburger, potato soup, salad and cookies.
• April 17, dinner: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, vegetable, dinner rolls, salad bar and dessert.
• April 21, dinner: Barbeque spare ribs, rice, vegetable, dinner rolls, salad bar and dessert.
• April 22, lunch: Taco bar with trimmings, salad and cookies.
• April 24, dinner: Lasagna, garlic bread, vegetable, salad bar and dessert.
• April 28, dinner: Turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, vegetable, dinner rolls, salad bar and dessert.
• April 29, lunch: Biscuits and gravy, sausage links, scrambled eggs, salad and muffins.
